Wash your athleisure with similar colours at 30 degrees (the cooler the water, the better for the planet). Never use bleach, the tumbler dry or the dry cleaners. Just hang them on your line to dry and let nature do the rest.

- Hand wash if the clothing didn’t get too sweaty

- Use a shorter wash cycle

- Wash similar textiles together

- Use a filter (e.g. synthetic bag, laundry ball etc.)
